[Resolved]  Airtel — 3G Network Coverage issue and false promises

Hi, I am lodging a complaint against AIRTEL for the pathetic level of service, cheating the customer and making huge profits at the cost of customer satisfaction. This issue started when I shifted my residence on 15th May 2014 within the same area and there was no 3G coverage. I initially lodged a service call on 15th May (Ticket number F[protected]) regarding my AIRTEL Dongle ([protected]) which stopped working when I moved to my new residence. I was asked to make certain changes on the settings and issue was partially resolved however not to my satisfaction. The technical team informed that they would get someone to call me back for full resolution however no call back was given. I then called AIRTEL regarding my other AIRTEL no which didn’t have 3G connectivity ([protected]) on 30th May ticket number 56487665 . Someone called to get this resolved however the issues was not resolved. I also informed him that I am facing same problem with my third number [protected]. The ticket number was 56493892. I suppose Jagdish promised a callback from the technical team however no one called me. I then called 121 on 10th June 2014 at around 8 PM and to my surprise I got to know that the call was closed. This time around I spoke to John and when I requested to speak to the manager, I was told that everyone is busy and I was promised a call back within an hour. The ticket number given to me was [protected]. Today 11th Jun 2014, I am still waiting for the call back. I am so disappointed by the level of service given the fact that I have 3 different no’s of AIRTEL all 3G activated and 3G is hardly working on these no’s. On the name of collecting bills they keep sending messages on due dates and if not paid will be disconnected however on the name of service what we get is all cheats and false promises. I would like to file a case of INR 5, 00, 000/- against AIRTEL for the mental trauma they have caused. I would also like to highlight that many times I call up the customer care, while having conversation the calls are being disconnected. Also I would like to get this complaint to be escalated to the highest level to make sure that senior management is aware of what kind of employees they have in their organization and what level of pain they are giving to the customers. I would also like to highlight that during the last one month or so from the time I have shifted my residence the data usage has gone down drastically which provides the proof what issue I am going through. I don't think you are taking this issue seriously, can you please look into the complaint for my concerns and ask.

I would like to file a case against the company.

Even if you think that you can call me for discussion, that might be not possible as we hardly get network coverage and most of the callers complain of "Phone not reachable". It's only in office hours when i am in office, you can contact me.

I have already request CNBC Awaaz Pehredaar team to intervene in this issue, you can't even understand what level of pain we have been going through because of this problem.

As i told you that there is network problem and 3G issue at my residence and my phone at most of the times is not reachable. However I don't agree that i didn't respond to any of the calls and again this is false statement from your end. Also someone by name Lakshman came to my house to check the network/signal strength and he confirmed that there is a issue with the coverage. He came on 18th Jun and he informed that he would pass on the feedback to backend team post which i will get a call from backend team however till now i am again waiting for the call...

Just now i received a call from back end team, stating that the maximum possible has been done. In that case i am disconnecting the service on my 3G number [protected].

Please do not call me so send SMS for bill payment as i am not paying any bills.
