Airtel — 3G plan not activated after money deduction | |||||
I recharged my number : [protected] with 3G plan of 1.10GB for 299 Rs from Airtel site which never got activated although the money is already deducted from my account. Because of this issue my talk time balance of Rs 181 got consumed. called 121, they asked to wait for 72hrs which is really inconvenient. Was this information helpful? | |||||

It is really annoying the way Airtel is dealing with this issue, it would be a month and all I got is calls from Airtel verifying the same issue and asking me to visit their local branch now along with the bank statement to prove the money really got deducted, May I KNOW HOW MANY TIMES DO I NEED TO PROVE THE SAME!!!
How hard is it to refund 299Rs which you people deducted.
I never expected such lame r3esposne from Airtel, if this doesnot get resolve I will definitely port out myt number to some other provider as I dont have patience to chase.
