[Resolved] Airtel — 3G Plan not working | |||
Hi, I have subscribed for a 3G (60mb)plan for Rs 23 . The plan got activated but I am not getting 3G speed. The network is still showing E(edge) whereas it should show (H+) i.e. 3G I have also checked the 3G setting on my phone multiple times and found them correct. Last weekend I had taken the same plan and it went fine . I also dialled 198 customer care, but it was of no use as the customer care guy did not know what to do and transferred call to his senior, kept me on hold for around 20 min and then disconnected.
