Airtel — 3G services | |||
I have a Airtel prepaid 3G dongle connection of Assam Circle which I am have been successfully using in roaming until last week in Kolkata circle of Airtel. When I connected yesterday there was no connection both in 2G, 3G. Today after repeated complaints Airtel customer care informs me that now in certain circles you have to pay for 3G in roaming including the Kolkata circle. How can a company like Airtel change its rules overnight? This cheating as I have recharged for 2.5GB which will expire on 28th August 2014 and will be in Kolkata most of this period. I have a airtel prepaid number 3g on my phone never works and i have filled soo many complaints to airtel customer service reversing this they don't even care of complaints it's been 3 months I'm not able to get the 3G services in my phone. It's not an issue with my phone or the area with other sim card it would fine and with wifi it works fine. The only internet thing i could use is my whatsapp and that too i can't download anything. I pay around 1000rs a month to recharge on my internet and this is what j have been getting. Airtel is a bad network ever.. 😟
