Airtel — 3G services not up to the mark and customer care not responding properly | |||
I live in Sector 21, Gurgaon and having an Airtel connection in my Mobile. For the past few days, 3G services in the area have been worst. This is happening on a periodical basis (3G services are hit 2-3 days every week.), and when I called customer care regarding the problem, they told that it i a temporary problem and will be sorted in 4 hours (it's like they have scripted answer for every type of problem) and they have been saying this for every week. whatever be the case they have same scripted answer that it is a temporary problem and will be sorted in 4 hours and then nothing changes. Please look into the matter. Airtel, Please have some dignity. You are the largest mobile service provider in India atleast better your customer care. (I have had worse dealings than this current situation with Airtel, If this continues you may loose your customer base and obviously I'll be forced to switch to another network.
