Airtel — 495 Singapore Roaming Recharge Issue

I recharged for Rs 495 to get 1 day singapore Roaming pack to get unlimited incoming before i left to singapore.But when i reached singapore i received some incoming calls but i didnt notice that it was deducting from the main balance.I lost the entire balance of more Rs700 and also recharge amount Rs495 and didnt get any roaming benefits.
