[Resolved]  Airtel — 4G Broadband

I have a Airtel 4G broadband connection number ([protected]) which worked fine for some months and started giving low bandwidth issues . I have 2 major pending issues which needs attention :-

Problem 1 :-

I downgraded the connection from 15Gbps to 10Gbps online and during this downgrade the system put me on a plan which automatically starts the charging me at a higher rate once I consume by base pack of 10Gbps .This was done without informing me .I called the call center and they said this is way it will be and cannot change . I already have another connection and in that plan the connection downgrades from 4G to a lower speed and iam still able to access the internet . I insisted that they put me on the same plan but they refused . There was an additional charge due to this and I want the same to be reversed as I had no clue no intimation about the same

Problem 2:-

There were additional charges due to some erroneous smart byte activation which I was promised will be reversed but never happened . More detals are in the below interaction ids

interaction id [protected] :- 416/- waiver for smart byte showing in pending status

After so many follow ups the bill continued to show an higher amount and this got be completely frustrated and I asked the agent to discontinue my connection and I stopped using it . I sent mails to the customer care regarding the same .

But since this is a -4G broadband the monthly rentals continued and I kept of receiving the bills . Obviously I don’t want to pay what I have not consumed and that too I had to stop using this connection because of Airtel’s fault .

Iam getting calls from the recovery agents and even though I explained the problem the calls have continued to harass me .

The harassment doesn't end here .Today I got a call from some lawyer asking me to settle this or else I will have to face court proceedings. When I asked him the details he started threatening and abusing me .
