Airtel 4G — Connection speed worse than 2g for over 4 months; non-existent support | |||||
Connecttion speeds have been pathetic for my Airtel 4G Postpaid no.[protected] for the last 4+ months. Download speeds of 0.48mbps and Upload speed of 0.02mbps would be unaceptable even to a 2G user. Several calls, complaints, escalations have all gone unattended. Airtel support simply closes complaints on a whim. One complaint was closed citing they have checked the area gets 20mbps so all is well! No one has bothered to come and even check for the problem with my no. despite several requests. The company seems to be having no qualms with non-delivery of service but the bills & payment reminders are as prompt as can get. Most unprofessional and pathetic service to a long-standing customer. What a shame, Airtel! If Airtel does not resolve this issue, would be disconnecting the number and also advice all not to go for Airtel 4G (2G at 4G rates). Was this information helpful? | |||||
