[Resolved]  Airtel — 4g data pack credit - advance rental plan - data sim [protected]

Every month end my 4G data pack is not credited and I keep calling their customer service no. to get the credit of my pack. Their CS service team does not have proper visibility to the credited pack details and by looking at last months data, they keep sharing that you have exhausted your complete data pack in one day. My monthly consumption is less than or equal to 3 GB. How can in one day 3GB data is exhausted and that too without crediting the pack. Every month I have to complain and make 2-3 complaints to resolved the problem. They keep promising that next time onwards it will not happen but every month I face the same problem. I am suppose to get credit on 3rd every month and today is 13th March i.e. 10 days and I am yet to get my pack. Pls help to resolve the problem. My complaint has been shamlessly closed by them as the money has been paid in advance. Pls can anyone help to resolve this problem. Also, pls share the TRAI complaint contacts for further escalation.

Hi Akanksha,

Your Customer Service team has told me that they can only lodge the complaint. I will need to get in touch with Appellet team. Although it is there responsibility to get in touch with appellet team, I tried contacting appellet team, but as soon as I enter either of my 4G No. or registered no. it simply states "You have entered wrong no."and drops the call. I tried this 4 times.

I had sent one mail also to airtel appellet and nodal team. They are not even acknowledging my mail.
