[Resolved] Airtel — 4G dongle hotspot | |||||
I recently bought airtel wifi 4G hotspot from airtel outlet. I was told if I recharge by 345 before 31st of March I will get 1GB per day. I also got 5 GB starter bonus data. As time went by I soon started getting low balance/data massages and internet stopped in a few days. I asked the vendors and they said I need to talk to customer care. Customer care people said 345 recharge gave me only one GB data and unlimited calls for one month which I cannot use with my modem. I distinctly remember 1GB / day on 345 pack on airtel.in recharge portal. Feeling cheated and misinformed. Was this information helpful? | |||||
