[Resolved] Airtel — 4g dongle service, excess billing without intimation | |||
I opted for 4g lte 999 data plan with 10 gb data, in november i requested for an additional data for the same billing amount. Your cx executive suggested and gave an offer of 20gb for same price. I was happy and things went really well. When i saw the bill for last 2 month, i was shocked to see the bill amount is around rs.1500+. When i called your customer care to complaint i got to know that was an offer for only 3 month. My question here is even if the offer is only for 3 month, on 4th month before activating this plan why was this not inquired with me whether i opt or not?? I would have definitely cancelled the plan if is for 1500. I requested to have the plan only for 1k and not more than that. Please check and rebate the extra billing amount from my bill. I will pay my pending bill and continue with airtel service only if you guys discount whatever you charged extra without my knowledge. Was this information helpful? | |||
