Please note i raised compliant via phone on 13.09.2018 that i am facing network issue from past 45 days for the 4g home wi-fi - booked under [protected] My alternate # for coomunication is [protected] /[protected] Till date no one had visited home to fix the issue why network is falling and i can not work on my laptop // can not take call on my mobile [protected]. Only telephonic assurunce given engineer will visit no one turned up till date What is the criteria to settle the complaint Should i change my service proveder I bought this 4g home wi-fi - booked under [protected] last sep 2017 This is the service provided by airtel Was this information helpful? | |||
