[Resolved]  Airtel — 4G internet

I bought a 4g airtel connection (id: [protected]) some time back and after the initial few days, it stopped working properly...every time we called the customer care for help they asked me to reset and try again..anyway used this seamless connection for 7-8 months...Didn't have a choice since I had paid 2k for it...and even when it wasnt working they charged 1200 per month in my plan..lately it stopped working altogether...Also somebody from airtel changed the password so I couldnt log into it...even then they billed me for that month...not only that Airtel calls you and disturbs about 4-5 times a day to ask for payment...if you have a problem and try calling them there is hardly any response and you have to keep waiting on hold for somebody to answer. Anyway I reset my password and was still facing the same issue. The internet seemed to work better on laptops but on android devices and iPads it hardly ever worked. Later some Airtel employee said that the router had a technical issue (4-antennae one) but they would not replace it with the new one but I would have to buy the new one again with Rs. 1500.. With such horrendous service, I stopped paying the monthly bill because to be honest I DID NOT HAVE INTERNET since it wasnt working. They started to send guys to my place to collect the money and harass family members (what kind of a working person stays at home on a weekday afternoon? obviously these airtel guys have very little common sense). Now they call me incessantly everyday. I had asked them to stop my connection but they wouldnt even do that. Kept asking me to clear the bill (for internet I had not used). Anyway I have decided to clear the bill and stop the connection. Thats the only way to stop these guys from pestering me everyday. I am only writing this here to make people aware of the problems you are going to face if you take up the 4G airtel offer...their servers have technical flaws and you should not expect seamless internet connection no matter how much you pay. I have shifted to MTS and their service and connection is way better. I[censored] want a new internet connection DO NOT TAKE AIRTEL 4G. You will regret it trust me. The best I could do was warn others. Good Day.
