Airtel — 4g internet in 399 plan

I have got the message from airtel, so i recharged for 399 plan. The company promised to provide 1gb 4g internet for 84 days plus unlimited calls. But after recharge, almost all the time 2g internet runs, some time 3g internet and very rarely 4g internet runs. This company making fraud with customers on showing 4g internet access pland on 399 plan. They tells something and giving something else, cheating the customers. I have 4g handset as well as 4g sim.
