[Resolved] Airtel — 4G LTE ARP - Service Suspended but refund not provided | |||||
I had purchased a 4G LTE service from Airtel on 3rd Sep. However the suspended my service saying incorrect address. When I asked for the refund to the Airtel store, I was redirected to contact 121 customer care and on contacting 121 they are redirecting me back to retail store. I have lost 3500 Rs. on this.
