From Dasalukunte Sridhar Namratha 4G LTE 10 digit no.:- [protected] Account no.[protected] To Airtel This is to bring to your notice that the details of the 4G LTE recycled no. issued to me have not been updated on www.airtel.com. The account is in the name of the previous subscriber (Mr. Sudarshan Kumar). I am unable to make my e-bill payment due to this discrepancy. Please look into the matter immediately so as to enable me to avail your services without misusing of my funds. I have attached two screen-shots of the same. The deadline for paying dues is 22nd July 2015 and any penalty in this regard if imposed on me, will not be borne from my side and I am not responsible for your actions. This is a technical issue to be addressed by you. I have already registered an oral complaint in this regard and so far no action has been taken.
