Airtel — 4g network is not connecting

Airtel claim to be fastest network but in reality its worst. I stay in one of old and central area in bangalore, but I don't have connectivity. Its shows UMTS 3G is this the way network Connectivity. Where as jio has super 4g network n speed is in creditable. Planning to port the no to jio
