[Resolved] Airtel — 4g - network not trustworthy as the ad been shown in tv/other channels | |||||
My dongle number is [protected]. I had requested airtel customer care to terminate my connection on march 19th due to bad signal strength. The funny part here is that the airtel 4g ad which often is seen in tv and other channels shows that the 4g is available even in remote places of this country and i am surprised to see that 4g is not available at my place that too in bangalore (Nandini layout). The purpose of this complaint is to highlight to customers that just not go behind useless ads which shows that they have the best connectivity. I had a horrifying days using airtel 4g data card and paying high fi bills. Was this information helpful? | |||||
