[Resolved] Airtel — 4G network problem | |||
I am not getting 4G network on my number I have recharged my number on 21 April 2017 of rupees 244 for 70GB 70 days 1GB parday at that time i called airtel costumer they told me to upgrade my 4G SIM again and I got a new SIM but after some time for last friday night 28, April 2017 i called airtel costumer care then I went to airtel store they told me to clean up the SIM and try but still problem was the still there after that I again called airtel costumer care he told me that you have used your 1Gb so you are unable to used 4G on 29 April 2017 they are telling thet airtel 4G is working in your location and it is in good condition but on 30 April 2017 morning they are telling that there is no 4G network in my area it is clear that airtel Tellicom company is doing fake tv add thet shows that airtel 4G network is better than else Please resolve my problem as soon as possible John Roberts Was this information helpful? | |||
