[Resolved] Airtel — 4G network problem unrectified since 4 months | |||
Ref: My 4G number [protected] My complaint number (service request[protected] dated April 7th 2014. I was told there is some issue in the network in my area and the most i would have to wait was 3 months. Their technical engineers had come to my place to verify the problem and had mentioned there indeed was a network problem which would be resolved. Its been 4 months now. My problem has gone from bad to worse and I am fed up of all that I have to go through, trusting the so called AIRTEL team. Inspite of all this I have been paying my 4G-postpaid connection bills regularly assuming that services will be rectified after 3 months as was promised by their technical team. I have been waiting for a call for an update on the service request number...Surprisingly today when I called up service support today, they mention there is no service request open... Now I am helpless with their 4g connection, paying 1200 per month, with frequent disconnection problems low download and upload speeds. I would rather have gone in for some other 3g connection. The biggest mistake was to trust your customer service technical team with my problem. We customers are not stupid to listen to their crap that such a complaint does not exist.Whereas Its been only one month since i was updated that the problem will be resolved very soon.
