[Resolved] Airtel — 4g not enabled | |||
I have upgraded my 2g postpaid sim to 4g postpaid sim as on 07.03.2017, they told after 2 hours the old sim will be deactivated, and new 4g sim will be activated, after receiving the SMS also I never connected with the 4g, yday @ 8pm, I have contact the customer care, he told to remove the sim for half an hour and insert sim may be resolved, but I am not got resolved.
