Airtel — 4g offer

I have taken a new 4g sim card of airtel. The offer was 84 gb and unlimited calling for 84 days. Today it's been 15 days that i have been using this card and all of a sudden i couldn't call. Outgoing calls had stopped working. When i contacted the retailer who sold me this card with so called good marketing skills said that he can't help me with this. Please help me with my plan. I feel cheated by airtel. The retailer said that unlimited calls give 3000 minutes per month and 250 minutes per day which he did not specify while selling the card to me. Also no terms and conditions were being mentioned. Also the internet connection gets disconnected. I have to disable my sim and enable it again. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. I trusted airtel and it can't cheat it's customers like this.
