Airtel — 4g overcharge - [protected] — ref call on on 12th feb 2.35 pm

Hello,

I am in a quiet disappointing and helpless situation.
my Airtel 4g Number is [protected].

My bill plan was 1999 - 30GB ..I had used the whole 30 gb by 5 th and over used another 1 GB ... then Airtel caped my usage.. after charging 2Paisa/ 10kb .. i.e 2000 / 1 GB.
Then a guy from airtel called and said to go for 50 gb paln so that he can wave off / include the additional usage and charge me on pro-rata basis for 50 gb .

i.e for 15 days 1999/ month prorata & remaining 15 days 2999/ month pro rata ..

which should be close to 2500.. I had agreed and changed my plan.
Now to my surprise i got the bill close to 4500 ..

When i called customer care they say that they dont see any note on my account. and i have to pay full..

I want you to please pull out the recording --- on 12th feb 2.35 PM
Airtel customer service rep called me from the number [protected]


It is completely a false promise. And i wont pay a single rupee until it is sorted.

Please SMS “EPREBILL Email id” To 121 to get the bill on your E-mail id. You will be charged Rs. 50 per request for the same.
