Airtel 4G — Poor Service | |||
My airtel 4g connection is not working from last 25 days. I went outside city and it started giving problem. It was told that this 4G connection will work everywhere. But it was not working. I raised a complain on 11th of November and clearly told in the complain that i ll not be available at my home from 9 AM to 6 PM. But your person try to deliver sim on 12th afternoon without informing me( I don't know whether it is true or false because i dint get any call from your team). From that day onward i am calling customer care each and every day and no body responded. Even i asked your customer care team to connect me to the Manager. But Manager was not available all the times. I am very disappointed with the service and i am unnecessary paying bill. Please take a request to discontinue my airtel 4G connection. In future i will not suggest anybody to use any airtel item. The customer service is poorest in India. My mobile number is[protected]. My airtel 4G number is [protected].
