Airtel — 4g sim card

I recently upgraded my airtel 2g sim to 4g on 20 september 2017. I got a message 2 days later saying i got 3.5 gb 4g data credited to me for 28 days. That i have to activate either 4g mode or lte mode on my mobile network settings. I have already activated the lte mode. It is in auto connect. On 22 september 2017, i recharged my phone for rs. 200 full talktime.

I turned on the mobile data. And i checked my main account. No problem was shown. Only the free data was used a bit. After a while, it showed that i used up my data from main account. I was surprised. So my main account showed zero balance. And i still have the 'free 4g' data credited to me in my account. After my account showed zero balance, i turned on the mobile data again, and the 4g was working fine and used data from the 4g balance (With my main account on zero balance). And again on 23 september 2017, i had to recharge my phone again for rs. 20. And when i turned on the mobile data, it again used up from my main account. So now i am unable to use the 'free 4g data' you provided for fear of losing money again from my main account. I can't even call anybody now. I request you to look into this matter as i want a refund for the rs. 200 i lost due to this. And i don't want the 'free 4g data'. I just want the refund for the rs. 200 full talktime.

When i turned on the mobile data, it showed 4g on top of the screen.
