Airtel — 4g sim card not delivered to my address | |||||
Hi, I just finished my call with one of the airtel representative, I have booked a 4G Sim card online, the representative called in the morning and asked the address. I confirmed the address and told the representative that I will be at home until 6 pm at home. I called the representative at 4 pm to check if he is delivering the sim and he never answered my call. I came to work and called his number from my colleagues mobile and then he answers the call. I asked him why he didn't come to deliver he said that my house is very interior and it is 6 km from the main road.When I told him that I'll raise a complaint, he gave his name and asked me to complain. This was the most horrific customer service I had ever faced, it's pathetic. Was this information helpful? | |||||
