[Resolved]  Airtel — 4g sim issue

On 28th March 2017 I bought new airtel 4g sim and had a 345 recharge.
My 4g worked good for the first 4 days after that it suddenly stopped working.
I am in an area with excellent 4g coverage of airtel.
People staying with me has their 4g working fine.
I called the customer care they said handset problem.. But I confirmed it too and I dont have problem with my handset because other network 4g is working.
None of the solutions worked and after complaining they took 6 days and issue isnt resolved yet.
I cannot use 4g, only 3G and 2G.. My money is going to waste. Every time I switch preferred network to 4g my sim goes in NO Service / Emergency Calls Only mode and automatically switched back to 3g.
It has been more than 10 days..

Already two complaints done..
April 6 to April 10 - Problem not solved
April 11 to April 13 - Problem not solved
Costumer Care Service Is Useless..
Same questions everytime and same solution everytime. Nothing is happening.

Already 15 days wasted in this.

UPDATE - Another executive asked for 3 more days.

My Rs345 pack is going to waste because 18 days I am unable to use 4g.

Pathetic Service from AIRTEL.
Poor. Wasn't expecting this.. From 9 years using airtel services.
