[Resolved] Airtel — 4G sim not working | |||
Yesterday I changed my old SIM to 4G SIM card as part of an upgrade by Airtel, when i inserted that SIM into my phone, it did not recognize the SIM. After speaking with their customer care without any proper support or technical understanding of the problem they keep giving me a guarantee but till not it has not been fixed because of which I've faced a huge loss. I at the very atleast asked them to give more a new SIM but they said they can't take another request/complain which one is going on. Their customer support is not responding and i am left with no connectivity for quite awhile now and it is damaging my business. Was this information helpful? | |||
