[Resolved]  Airtel — 4G speed not provided

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been using Airtel 4G hotspot dongle and paying for 4G service from last 6 month.
But unfrotunately I am not getting 4G speed, insted they are provide 2G service and charign for 4G.
I have contact to customer care but got very poor response.
Please help me out and make some serious guideline so that airtel should not fool pple

Dear Ms Akansha,

Thank you very much for your response, but this is to inform you, the way you start to ask the details similarly your customer care executive ask all the details but doing nothing.

However please note the details and please revert to below points-

1. My 4G dongle number is [protected] and my alternate number is [protected].

2. Please do not appreciate our patience and cooperation in any of your further communication as all our
patience were over.

3. You was not asked but I know your next questions and hence I am providing my residence and office address
Residence Address - C-305, Blue Bells, Borhadewadi, Moshi, Pune-412105
office Address - Office No. 27, Electronic Sadan-02, MIDC Bhosari, Pune-411026.

4. As I am not getting 4G service but you are charging me for it every month so could you let me know how can
you reimburst that amount which I had already paid to you.

5. What shall we do, even if by providing all the details either you don't take any action or regreat to provide any
immediate assistance/action on it.

Please revert to each point.

This is in reference to my compliant against your poor service.

Yet you have not communicate with me to resolve the issue and hence now as I have stop your payment.

To get the payment of non used service, your people are calling continuously and talking very unprofessional way.
