Airtel — 59059 not working for tele verification

I've ported my no. from bsnl to airtel. i submitted KYC also. It has been 6 days now, and i inserted new airtel sim (bsnl doesn't provide service now) tried to call 59059 for verfication, but it's not connecting. it disconnects within few mins.

Checked with the person whom we got sim, and checked with customer care also by calling/sending mail. All are simply saying dial 59059/remove the sim and insert again/restart phone/select network operator as automatically.
All these things i tried more than 25 times, still its not connecting.

It has been 2 days i don't have any network in my sim. I have missed many important calls and messages.

airtel is not concerned about customers, they are not looking into actual problem, they have some set of steps and they are keep on saying the same.
