Airtel — 9 time rejected porting request for a weak airtel signal | |||||
We are running a small business since 6 years and recently we relocated and there was weak airtel signal. The porting request not make it and airtel treating customers like slave. I made a porting request on 17/5/19 due to moving office and and weak signal in new place. Since then, i repeatedly sent them asked payment confirmation more than 30 times and visited their office 6 times. Airtel keep answering that they haven't updated in their system. One or the other way airtel is repeatedly asking the same document still The efforts we took : 1 dedicated employee Management time Employee's time Stress We have lost around 70% of our business due to poor connection problem We are in the edge of closing down due to the Misbehaviour of airtel for a simple porting request.
