Airtel — [protected] fraudster commitments and services | |||
Fraudster Airtel, Thanks for cheating and misguiding the customers, I was using corporate customer plan for the number :[protected] in Maharashtra circle. Two weeks back visited the airtel store and confirmed on circle change from Maharashtra to Karnataka. They even checked my airtel app and plan details. All the freebies were active on this number. I asked to retain the 749 plan and asked if all free bees( Netflix, amazon prime …will continue to work?) . The store people confirmed all the offers remain same and can go ahead with MNP . I submitted all the relevant documents as per guidelines and trust. Now the situation is none of the freebies are active on my number and customer is failing to respond(C[protected]) given false commitment. People paying 400Rs on any network are getting all freebies and with 749 payment I get nothing. I visited store 3 times, they say it will take one week -2 weeks. When I called 121, they say I’m not eligible. Fed up hearing your stories daily. Shameful to know this is how you treat you customers with fraudster commitments. Can I get final feedback, you trap customers like this ? or its some gimmick? Or dead trap, I will act based on that. Was this information helpful? | |||
