Dear sir
my Subjected No. sim not work from 01/04/2017 & for that i complain at Airtel at different stage. But every time i get response that it will start within 24 hours. but all level commitment not fulfill. you can undersand that without mobile in current atmosphere how can i do my all work. request to take this matter serious & resolve it by today itself.
Complain reference No. : 77368909 Dtd. 30/06/217 & 77386599 Dtd. 01/07/2017.

I have converted from postpaid to prepaid and around 100 rs where still pending in my account.I am not able to submit the refund compliant on Airtel app.
