[Resolved] Airtel — A la carte pack is not updated after attempting many times for airtel digital tv- Customer id [protected]

I tried many times online to update my existing airtel digital tv pack to Ala carte pack. Every time i attempt it show successful msg that my pack will change within 24 hours but still not changed. First time i tried on 7th Dec 2013 but still no output. Customer care also not helping everytime they are saying we have escalated this issue to higher authority and they will resolve within 24 hours
