Airtel — About 3g connectivity problem | |||
I'm using Airtel 3g from a long period of time. And I was actually happy. But from last 4 5 days, my 3g services are suspended because o[censored]nknown reasons. In having my 3g internet pack active but I'm not getting any 3g signals on my phone. My validity is obviously getting trimmed everyday as I'm not able to use my 3g. Everytime I talk to customer care, they say that 3g plan will be activated on your number within 30 minutes but it has been five days. They always send me the same regenerated sms displayed in photo but my 3g problem is as it is. This is really not good.
