[Resolved] Airtel — About Airtel Digital TV Refund | |||
Hello, I was using Airtel digital TV about 3 years ago, I was getting issue like Low balance alert while viewing TV even my balance was enough, so I called at customer care about 10-12 times, no solution from their side, someone told me to recharge so I recharge about 3, 000/-, still my issue not fixed, I called again at customer care and they are saying our engineer can visit if you pay charge for visit, I told why I pay for your issue. I told to close my both connections (room tv connection too). I have also proof of my last balance and my both connection was closed, I have taken screenshot of airtel website. In screenshot clear mentioned about my last balance and burn rate was zero. I asked for refund at customer care many times, but they are saying we are not providing refund for any balance, I visited one of the many stores to solve this issue and also visited main office of Airtel at thaltej, they also told me we have no process or way of refund. I forgot about this, after few years I got call from airtel, sir why are you not using this connections? I surprised? from where this guy is calling? as he dont' know about my past/current status of connection? I explained all things to him, I told me he will check with his manage and will come back to me, but I never got call from him, I called again from my side, same I explained again all things, as they dont' know about my conenction status. I asked for refund. they told me again, he will call asap to resovle this issue. I called me also and give me assurance he will try to best to refund me. but I told me my balance is now about 1, 200/- I asked where my other balance gone? he is saying your one connection is active? I told who has active this connection tell me, he has no answer of this question. I told about my burn rate was zero when I closed my connection, so how my balance can reduce? Again he has no answer. From last 5-6 months, they are calling me every 2-3 days and asking me sir why your connection is close? Jayanti Was this information helpful? | |||
