Airtel — About billing for Rs.666/- amount paid.but recharge not activated.

Rs.666/- deducted from my bank account for recharge on 13.07.2022. But recharge not activated. Again 14.07.2022 recharge is done by amount Rs.719/-. Hence i request you to refund my paid amount Rs.666/-
