Airtel — About deactivating my airtel no. Without prior intimation and after resolving issue services not resumed. | |||||
Dear Sir/ Madam I am using airtel mobile connection of no. [protected] since 2012. And on 25/12/2015 my outgoing service was deactivated by airtel without any prior intimation/information to me. After that I have registered a request to their care req. no. is COGCL[protected]. and on next day 26/12/2015 my all services was deactivated . After enquire with their executives I come to know that my documents are need to be re-verified with them. on 28/12/2015 when I visited airtel stores for submitting my documents again they told that there is not any request showing in their system for submission of my documents. Then I again contact to their care executive after talking to them they resumed my no. incoming call service . but till 29/12/2015 my outgoing call service is not resumed. And now when outgoing service is resumed in morning, then my NET service is not resumed. I have talked to care executives several times and every time I need to tell them all story which irritates me . when I ask to them why my services deactivated without prior notice then they answered that they got request to deactivated my no.. when I again ask why and from where it is ? then they have no- answer. Many times with different media i have registered my complaints to them. I am getting very much mentally as well as financially suffer with all this problems. Till morning 11 am 29/12/2015 my problem is not resolved. Now I am thinking about to take some legal action in consumer court against AIRTEL for my financial business loss.
