Airtel — about outstanding of previous postpaid bill | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, I am shareholder of vodaphone company and postpaid ex customer too. I have port my number to airtel due to poor range issues at my location as on 12.12.2019. After so many months vodaphone company says that my outstanding was Rs.202.18.When I had port my number I have cleared my all previous bills with extra payment of Rs.100 as per guidance of gallary person.However company has communicated me regarding this outstanding in the month of April 2020. This is my business contact number. I have tried my level best and finally successfully paid dues as per guidelines of one person namely Mr Amit Joshi from ratnagiri who is representative of vodaphone. Thereafter also I am receiving calls for payments and also received message once again for the same. Update your system and please forward my this message to vodaphone's responsible head. I am extremely panic due to frequent calls even after payment made. Was this information helpful? | |||
