Airtel — about wrong bill of mobile no [protected]

dear sir/ mam, greetings of the day, this mail is is in reference to my complaint no's/reference id's [protected], [protected], [protected] any many more. let me first brie[censored]p the matter, i am ur customer having [protected], not only this I am having three other numbers running on my name with my family and 2 numbers running on name of my family number also, all of them are with Airtel. I have so many grudges with the airtel for past 2-3 months but this time all the height which has got crossed. I have called customer care on 20th may 2015 night to Activate my International Roaming, they have told me that its the 999 plan so, i told them to activate it. i received the message same night about the conformation and same night my phone network goes. i called customer care again and again from other numbers regarding the problem I have been facing but they replied me that ur request is pending and ur no will be activated in 4 to 24 hours. but all in vain. my family members, who are in India, remained in touch with customer care(CC) about the problem and every time they assured them that it will start working in 2-3 hours. even after reaching abroad my phone doesnt picks network and problem persists. on 26th evening when i landed in india my phone doesnt picks network, i called CC notified the problem that said because of international roaming pending request it has not been working, they cancelled the request and after 1-2 hours my phone starts working. after repeated attempts made by me by contacting CC and going to ur airtel office in my city and noting my complaint regarding the bill of Rs.999 which is pasted along with my bill, for which ur organisation have not provided me services. i have personally contacted CC many time some says that it was pending, some says it has been activated and some says that CC executive make a mistake that 999 is a pack to make calls in International Roaming cheaper. he has to first activate pack of Rs 149 to pick up network outside India. now my question arises that, 1) where is my mistake.. 2) I havent used any o[censored]r the service during International Roaming neither u provided me. 3) infact for those 6 days, for which my phone doesnt picks network, my monthly rental and data pack rental for 6 days needs to be waived off morally and ethically along with Rs. 999. 4) Ni-ether my requested call with seniors have been arranged even after repeated attempts since last one week. now ur good self is requested to waive off my Rs. 999 from my monthly bill along side 6 days rental and email me my new bill as early as possible as i will not be responsible for ur late payment charges, as i will not be paying up my bill till the matter get resolved. in wait of of a justice from ur end as i have got harassed many a times. not only the harassment, but amount of time i am wasting in contacting CC and writing these mails is not possible for me all days. this is type o[censored]nprofessional behavior from a company of such repute is neither acceptable and nor expected. so i am waiting for a quick and positive reply from ur end else i will be forced to shut all my numbers with airtel and forced to sue a case in Consumer affairs and lodge a complaint with TRAI, and CCI. and i will be forced to go to media and social to open a protest against the ur company. my last suggestion to ur company is that kindly recruit those CC Representative who knows something or train them fully before they are behind the desk to help anyone, so that persons like me can be avoided of any such harassment. this is my last mail and next time i will be writing it directly to Telecom Secretary and telecom minister, Prime minister, PMO and TRAI also...
