Airtel — about wrong recharge | |||
I have done a recharge of Rs1699/- to mobile number [protected] instead of [protected], as the number I have entered got replaced with auto form fill data in Airtel website. I have emailed the issue to the [protected]@in.airtel.com and they have sent an automatic reply to call 121.I have made a call to customer care and explained about the issue immediately. But I have received a negative response from them. According to their rules they can neither recharge to the number I want, nor refund the amount as both the mobile numbers are totally different. I have done the recharge several times before but this is the first time this kind of mistake has happened and that is not the small amount to ignore. please help me in resolving this issue. I have read online the similar incidents with other networks and they have refunded the amount back. I dont know Why only Airtel network has these kind of rules that are not in favor of customers anytime. Please help me with this. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
