This is with reference to my account number [protected] towards new connection of broadband. your executive took 1000rs from me later called me and said we cannot install. and i have got only 500 Rs as refund. when can i expect my money. please find receipt.

i am waiting for my refund since august 18th. is this the commitment?

In your records you have updated as 500 Rs taken from me. But in fact i have paid 1000/-

Please pay my remaining balance amount of 500 soon.
