Airtel — account balance debited but recharge unsuccessful and no refund paid | |||
This is in reference to my earlier complaint dated 24/5/2018 regarding mobile no.[protected]. On pursuance of the same through customer care i was assured of refund of rs 249 within 7 days of the transaction. However no refund has been received till date. Added to this i received a call from a person who claimed to be the company representative asking me for my debit card details and also subtly asking for my bank balance. He also requested for removal of complaint from this forum. Upon informing him that the transaction was through net banking and not through debit card he kept on insisting for debit card details. If the company intends to refund should not the bank account number and ifsc details suffice? Why insistence on debit card details when transaction was not made through it. I would be grateful if the matter is examined seriously and i am saved of further harrassment Was this information helpful? | |||
