Airtel — Activated an internet pack but money going on deducted from my main balance when i use internet

date of incident:5th July 2015 I had activated Rs.38 WA pack but not able to use internet as usage is charged from my main balance.I have got a message from service center no:[protected] on 5th at 12:13PM stating that internet pack is activated and Rs.38 was deducted from my balance.So i request you to refund the amount. number :[protected]
