The reason for writing to a Nodal officer was to handle exceptional service and complicates cases where Artel was one of the best service providers compared to last 10 years.I had been using your services was quite delighted in the beginning now really desperate to retain the connection just because of the number connected to my bank Accounts. Moreover don’t you think its unreasonable to disconnect service especially when customer is not living in India for not paying a small amount service charges.I clearly see a process gap normally customer defaluts a payment you guys bombard with mails reminders why not this scenario ??
Considering my situation living in another country wouldn’t affordable n feasible to apply for a new connection harass a customer would appreciate activate the service without any further delay.I have written a complaint to TRAI about my concern that you guys want to pay vanity charges if applicable will be applied on actuals for all the premium numbers, this clearly indicates that you want cashcow this situation paying for product without getting worthless service.
I would like to get connection active at the earliest so that start resume my service for OTP for bank transactions pls don’t give me hardtime specially when im thousand miles from india.I swear its really gruesome to handle a loyal customer this way Was this information helpful? |
