[Resolved] Airtel — Activating unnecessary value added services automatically | |||||
Sir, I am using airtel prepaid mobile no since last and half year. Since last five days there are so many times my account balance have been deducted for so many value added services even I didn't activate any service. Instantly I have been contacted customer service and they solved, deactivated the service and refunded the deducted amount. But, another service is being ativated automatically and balance deducted. this exercise is being happened since last five days and resulting this I am mentally disturbing. So please resolve this problem so that it shouldn't happen in future for good relationship between customer and airtel company. Thanks for an early action. Was this information helpful? | |||||
