I recently bought an iPhone 12 and my FaceTime and iMessage services are not activating with my phone number also i tried with another airtel number same issue perhaps, yet it’s working fine with my Apple ID. also it working fine with another vodafone and JIO Number
I tried calling apple support to look into it, but all the settings were fine with the phone, also i have restore my iphone from service center but still facing same issue, also i meet a guy in service center he facing same issue with Iphone 12, so it’s definitely a technical snag at the carriers end. Airtel is not updated there carrier setting for iphone 12 Due to this this issue arrives with all iphone12, i have complaint in customer care but no one revert properly they saying its issue from handset end but if there is issue from handset side then all carrier should face same issue but here problem created due to airtel network or there technical issue, .
They said that an amount should’ve been deducted from my account to activate the service, but no amount has been deducted from my account yet as that service is not supported by airtel with handset iphone 12 or may be higher
is this service going to update or should i switch to another carrier? i visted service center they clearly told me that its confirmed problem from airtel end if they don't resolve then change carrier / Network provider. Was this information helpful? |
