[Resolved] Airtel — activation of international roaming without consumer consent | |||
During my recent international travel observed my phone received whatsup msg, immediately switched off the data. But at the end of month when received bill of rs. 1200 against regular rs. 350, upon checking was confirmed by airtel that "international roaming was activated without my consent" in the name of pre-activated service. I have traveled to other country two months back, then never happened, but now they are saying it is as per policy. I requested them to share the policy document, for which they are being very un-cooperative and rude. After several email exchange and phone calls, they still wants us to pay for the forced service, which i have been continuously rejecting. I want to file case against these guys for activating service without my consent and also harassing me continuously. Was this information helpful? | |||
