Airtel — activation of lost sim and non activation of new sim | |||
My phone was snatched by some goons on 31st oct 2017. I immediately called airtel to block it. I visited airtel store on 31st oct with my aadhar and got new sim after completing formalities required. Store person assured me that it will get activated within 4 hours but it did not. I called cuatomer care 10 times in 3 days but no response received. I again visited store on 4th nov morning and again completed all formalities and got new sim again with assurance of 4 hours. That also not activated till now. Instead they have activated the theft sim again. After enquiring customer care i did not get any response. They asked me to visit air tel store again. My points- 1. Who is responsible for misuse of lost sim 2. How many time i have to visit airtel store 3. How airtel will compensate mental harrassment and agony??? 4. Why should i pay bill when i'm not getting service?? Was this information helpful? | |||
