Airtel — Activation of post paid Sim not done

irresponsible sir, I booked your airtel postpaid service for no. [protected]. On 28th of Feb n it has not been activated until today. This no is in use since 2008. I have been contact less since 16 because of your irresponsible airtel staff who never bothered for verification n just gives me tentative date. This stupid firm of yours shud be banned if you cannot take care of your customers. The staff at khamla office is so naive n careless that after my visiting of 5 days in a row they offered me a refund but didn't activate my sim card. I no longer want your service. You just lost your valued costumer. I m porting my other airtel no. S also cause I can't handle your bullwhip anymore. Will never bother you again. Annoyed customer.
